Obtainment:

Companions are special NPCs that can be created by any individual upon reaching the rank of Chuunin and serve as aides in particularly difficult Missions, May be substituted for standard PCs in order to gain the benefits of Training Threads, Fill the ranks of a Faction or Village, among anything else that would typically require another PC to accomplish. These special NPCs may be purchased with Ryo, Wordcount, or a combination of the two depending on the preference of the player wishing to obtain them.

Obtaining an NPC requires the following Wordcount or Ryo Costs dependant on the Rank of the Companion being purchased:

E-Rank / Academy Student: 4,000 Ryo or 2,000 Wordcount.
D-Rank / Genin: 6,000 Ryo or 3,000 Wordcount.
C-Rank / Chuunin: 10,000 Ryo or 5,000 Wordcount.
B-Rank / Jounin: 20,000 Ryo or 10,000 Wordcount.
A-Rank / ANBU: 50,000 Ryo or 25,000 Wordcount.

Companion Rules:

Companions must be at least two Ranks lower than the Character they are being Created for.
Companions may participate in a Thread independently, the account used to create the Companion must be used for this to avoid excessive accounts.
Companions have a Stat Hard Cap equal to half of their Creators current base stats.
Companions may not utilize Equipment about B-Tier in Rank or benefit from abilities from such.
Companions may not perform S-Rank or SS-Rank Techniques, regardless of their Stats.
Companions may not be created with a KKG, however, may obtain one through an implant.
Companions may not possess a Limited of any type.
Companions may obtain ranks through normal means, they may also be repurchased at a higher rank by paying the difference between the rank previously purchased and the rank that the Creator wishes to repurchase the Companion at.
Companions may be sealed as Jinchuriki after creation, however, they will still be limited by the previously mentioned Hard Cap.
