Story Details:

Backstory:
Originally a Squire who had trained under Shion prior to her excommunication, Kimika is a young shinobi who lacks ability in the shinobi arts that is on-par with her contemporaries, however, she is especially skilled in the use of shields and other unconventional weaponry that would be seen by others as being of no particular use. Kimika had left Yamagakure a short time after Shion had disappeared only to be then labeled as a 'heretic', something which had sparked the girl's curiosity and told her that it was imperative that she find our former teacher and determine what exactly was the cause of her newfound label and, if she could, either bring her sensei back to Yamagakure or find some other method of assisting her.

Kimika would discover Shion on the nation's borders and attempted to convince the elder woman to return to Yamagakure in the hopes that her excommunication could be somehow appealed, however, Kimika would soon learn that her teacher had no intention of returning to the Village and that the only way in which Kimika would be able to assist her would be to stay by her side for the time being in the hopes that one day her teacher would be either allowed to return, or would choose to surrender to the Yamagakure shinobi - although she doubts the latter as a possibility.
